Terms of service.

By agreeing to use my services you are without any rights of ownership to the images created unless requested and agreed by both of us at the beginning of a project.

I understand a subject matter/circumstances may be sensitive and you would not want the photography to be seen anywhere. This is 100% fine. As long as this is understood from the beginning I will follow your instruction and not use the imagery we create to promote my business.

I apologise about the formality of this agreement before working together. It's not the way I prefer to begin building a relationship with a new client but is good for all parties to understand the legal situation and any preferences before any project begins.
