Leeds half marathon photography
It will be held on record that there was a first male, first female and disabled athlete winner but there were so many more heroes on that day crossing the line. Its such an achievement to run a half marathon, a real physical task to keep going for such a long distance even for those who trained. Seeing the delight and emotions flood out as each person passed the finish line was absolutely amazing to everyone watching on including me. I was lucky enough to be photographing it all close up.
Huge respect to every person to take on the challenge and win. You are remarkable people, take a bow!
